Cancel or change a plan

What happens to access and data when a plan is cancelled, lapses or is upgraded.
Settings → Subscription lets you upgrade, switch between monthly and yearly, or cancel. A cancelled plan stays active until the end of the period already paid for; after that the workspace falls back to the free plan's limits.
- Your data is kept. Screens beyond the free plan are hidden until a plan is active again, not deleted.
- Upgrading takes effect immediately and the seat limit follows the new plan.
- A failed renewal payment is retried by the payment provider; the app warns before access is paused.
