One account works everywhere; what the apps add on a phone.
CRM Dost runs in the browser and as apps on Google Play and the App Store. Your account and data are the same on every device, so a lead added on a phone in the field is on the office screen at once.
- On a phone, the app can check you in with your location and a selfie, following your office rules.
- Allow notifications when asked: follow-up reminders, approvals and new chats arrive as push notifications, and only a device that has allowed them receives them.
- Calling and WhatsApp from a lead open the phone's own dialler and WhatsApp.
If the app opens on a login screen after an update, sign in again; your data is not affected.
