Join a workspace from an invite

Accept an invitation by email or link, and what to do when the invite was sent to a different address.
When a teammate invites you, you receive an email with a link. Opening it and signing in joins you to their workspace with the role they chose. Nothing is joined automatically: you always confirm with a tap.
If you signed up first
The workspace step of onboarding starts with any invitations waiting for your email, each showing the company, who invited you and when it expires. Tap Join. If your invite is not listed, paste the emailed link into "Have an invite link?".
Wrong email
Invites are matched to accounts by email. If the link was sent to another address, the app tells you which (masked) address it was for. Sign in with that email, or ask the sender to invite the address you use.
- An invite can be resent by the person who sent it; the old link stops working.
- You can belong to more than one workspace and switch between them from Settings.
