Export leads to a CSV

Last reviewed

The one-time code, what the file contains, and why amounts may be missing.

Export Leads on the lead list, or Export from the selection bar after ticking rows, builds a CSV of the visible columns. Because a lead list is customer data, each export asks for a one-time code sent to your email first, and every export is recorded in the Audit tab with who exported how many records.

  • On a phone the file is offered through the share sheet so you choose where it goes.
  • Deal value columns (amount, currency, type, interval, term, total contract value, won and lost dates) are included only for someone with View Deal Value; otherwise they are absent from the file, not blank.
  • Amounts are plain numbers with the currency in its own column, so a spreadsheet can sum them.
