Import leads from a spreadsheet

Excel or CSV, one sheet at a time, with the columns the import understands.
Leads → Import Leads accepts .xlsx, .xls and .csv files. Download the template from that screen to see every supported column; the on-screen list is generated from the same definition, so they never disagree.
- Name and phone are the only required columns. Email, country code, status, priority, rating, next action date, interaction mode, description and remarks are optional.
- Column headers are matched regardless of case and spacing. Columns the CRM does not use are ignored and listed back to you, not rejected.
- Every imported lead is tagged with the source "Sheet" and, if you pick one, a campaign.
- Rows with problems are reported by row number so you can fix the file and re-import just those.
