Add a property listing

The required fields, photos, and who owns a listing.
Properties → Add Property creates a listing in your inventory. Required: at least one photo, a name, the price, type and sub type, the first address line, bedrooms, bathrooms, area and a description. Everything else — furnishing, floor, parking, year built — is optional.
- Prices are shown in the currency you enter them in.
- Assign a CRM user when contact or meeting requests are enabled on the listing; enquiries become leads for that person.
- A new listing is Available unless you save it as a Draft.
