Listing status: available, under offer, sold, rented, draft

What each status means and which ones the public can see.
Every listing has a status. The public property site shows only Available and Under offer listings. Sold, Rented and Draft stay in your inventory but disappear from the public site; a saved link to one of them shows "This listing is no longer available" with your other listings.
- Deleting a listing removes it from the CRM and the public site at once, and its web address is never reused. Nothing restores a deleted listing.
- Change a status from the listing's edit screen; the public site follows within moments.
