Invite by email, pick a role, resend, and what happens at the seat limit.
Team → Users → Invite sends an email with a join link. Choose the role the person should have; it can be changed later. Bulk invite takes a list of addresses at once.
- An invite is matched to the email it was sent to. The invitee signs in with that email and taps Join.
- Pending invites are listed with a Resend action; resending replaces the old link.
- Invites stop at your plan's seat limit, counting active members plus pending invites. Upgrade the plan or remove a member to free a seat.
- Removing a member keeps their leads and history; reassign the leads from the lead list.
