Managers, reportees, and how the hierarchy decides who sees which leads.
Team → Hierarchy sets who reports to whom. It is more than an org chart: a manager sees their reportees' leads, attendance and requests, and approvals route through it.
- A person sees their own leads; a manager also sees their reporting tree; roles with a view-all permission see the whole company.
- Revenue and analytics follow the same scope, so a manager's totals equal the sum of the leads they can open.
- Reassigning a lead moves it to the new owner's tree at once.
