Require two-step verification for your workspace

Make everyone in the workspace use a code from an authenticator app, and help a member who lost their phone.
Owners can require two-step verification for everyone in the workspace from Settings → Security → Workspace. Turn it on for yourself first: the switch is not available until you have, so requiring it can never lock you out.
- From the next time they use the workspace, every member without it is taken to set it up before anything else, and members cannot turn theirs off while it is required.
- The list shows who has it on. Turning the requirement off leaves each person's own setting as it is.
- Reset is for a member who lost their phone and their backup codes: it clears their two-step verification and emails them, and they set it up again at their next sign-in. You need two-step verification on yourself to reset someone else's.
- Reset is not offered for someone who also belongs to another workspace, or for a CRM Dost administrator: it would remove the protection everywhere they work, so they ask CRM Dost support from the sign-in screen (Can't use either?).
- A member who still has a backup code does not need a reset: they can move to a new phone themselves from Settings → Security.
- Each person sets it up once for their account; it then covers every workspace they belong to.
